Bleeder is a Danish film from 1999, written, produced and directed by Nicolas Winding Refn. The films was a big hit in Denmark musch like Refn's previous film Pusher. The film follows the friends Leo and Lenny. Leo lives in a rundown apartment with his girlfriend Loise. Lenny is a shy film expert who suffers from avoidant personality disorder and works with his and Leo's mutual friend Kitjo in a videostore. Lenny is secretly on love with Lea but has not found the courage to ask her out. Karsten Schrøder and Sven Erik Eskeland Larsen plays characters called Røde and Svend just like they did in Refn's Pusher films.
